The company provided market research and recommendations on IT and telecommunications products, along with consulting services. It went public in 1986 (OTC:GRR) and was bought by Saatchi & Saatchi in 1988. Two years later, management and some investors took it private, and it went public again in 1993 (NYSE:IT).
