Dhruv joined Bessemer’s New York office in 2016. He primarily focuses on early stage investments with a particular interest in cybersecurity, autonomous systems, and food and agriculture technologies throughout North America and Europe.
Before Bessemer, Dhruv spent time in a mix of operating and venture roles at Inyenyeri, a clean tech company in Kigali, Atlantic Food Labs, an food and agriculture tech fund in Berlin, and Fundera, a fintech marketplace in New York.
He graduated from the Jerome Fisher program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania with a BAS in material science and computer science and a BS in economics from The Wharton School. He was also an Expert-in-Residence with Wharton Entrepreneurship and a consultant at the Wharton Small Business Development Center.
In his spare time, Dhruv enjoys Eastern North Carolina style barbecue, strength training, and being a SoundCloud maximalist.
