Elizabeth Kalenik joined Bessemer in 2017 in the New York office as associate counsel. She is responsible for providing legal oversight and guidance on the firm’s investment activities, as well as the firm’s internal operations and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Bessemer, Elizabeth was an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Previously, she was an associate at Greenberg Traurig LLP, in the firm’s corporate and securities law practice.
Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she was on the editorial board of the Fordham Law Review. Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor of Music in flute performance from Manhattan School of Music.
