Naama Schlamm is a vice president in Bessemer’s Israel office where she focuses on digital health, food, legal, and human resource companies.

Before joining Bessemer, she spent five years at McKinsey & Company, acting as an engagement manager focused on operations, pricing, and merger management for retail and pharmaceutical businesses.

Naama served in the Israeli Air Force for eight years and was an articled clerk in the Supreme Court of Israel. She earned her MBA from INSEAD and graduated magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University with a degree in law.
