Natalie Frost is a talent associate at Bessemer. She joined the firm in 2021 and supports its portfolio companies on executive talent strategy and hiring needs.
Prior to joining Bessemer, Natalie spent several years at Heidrick & Struggles as part of the global CEO and board practice where she partnered with both large scale and high-growth technology companies assisting in CEO, President/COO, and board searches.
Natalie received a BA in Psychology from Bates College. Born and raised in Park City, Utah, Natalie enjoys skiing, playing tennis, and spending time outside.
