Bessemer Venture Partners promotes Alex Yuditski to Vice President

From investment banking to venture capital, Alex Yuditski leverages her financial acumen and collaborative approach to empower AI founders at every stage of growth.

As founders embrace the AI era to reimagine the way we live and work, our investors help foster innovation at every stage of the entrepreneurial journey. This is why we’re proud to promote Alex Yuditski to Vice President based on her meaningful contributions to growth stage businesses and key investments in the evolving vertical AI landscape.

Before joining Bessemer in 2023, she worked in investment banking at William Blair and then growth equity at Owl Rock Capital, where she developed her expertise in best-in-class business models and the dynamics of scaling technology companies, backing companies like Klaviyo and Robinhood.

Today, Alex focuses on AI and cloud software investments — with notable contributions to the 2023 and 2024 Cloud100 Benchmarks reports and the State of the Cloud 2024 — quickly establishing herself as a trusted collaborator to both entrepreneurs and colleagues alike. She plays a key role in helping build Bessemer’s AI growth practice, and she’s built a strong rapport with entrepreneurs by identifying their edge and what they need holistically as a leader.

“From the early stage through the growth phases, never underestimate the importance of culture—it’s every bit as crucial as your business strategy,” Alex shares. “Tone starts at the top, and founders must be intentional in clearly defining the values and the behaviors that drive team excellence. As founders build their organization, they must hire leaders who know how to scale companies, not just products."

During her time at Bessemer, Alex has championed investments in standout companies such as Abridge and Anthropic, while also serving as a board observer at EvenUp and Fieldguide, where she offers strategic guidance and operational support.

“In my 30+ year career, I’ve worked with many talented people, but Alex stands out. Her high IQ and EQ make her a pleasure to work with—both internally at Bessemer and with our founders," says Sameer Dholakia, partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. "She’s passionate about investing in disruptive companies and has played a key role in several of our leading GenAI portfolio companies. Alex is tireless in her support, from hiring to product strategy and partnerships. I’m thrilled to see her take this next step in her venture career.”

Alex graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University, where she studied economics and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.
