Bessemer Venture Partners welcomes Tony Rodoni as a new Operating Partner

Joining the firm’s bench of deep operational experts, Tony has advised over 65 Bessemer portfolio companies on go-to-market (GTM) strategy, leadership, and organizational growth.

To help our community of CEOs and sales and GTM leaders grow and own their categories, Tony Rodoni, seasoned technology executive, has fostered a community of go-to-market leaders through community-based learning, workshops, and resource sharing. As he continues his efforts within the Bessemer GTM community, we welcome Tony Rodoni as our newest Operating Partner. 

Since joining Bessemer as an Operating Advisor in 2022, Tony has advised more than 65 portfolio companies on sales strategy and execution, leadership, and organizational growth. Prior to joining Bessemer, Tony was an executive vice president at Salesforce, culminating over 15 years leading teams across corporate and commercial sales development, sales enablement, and customer experience. Before his time at Salesforce, Tony held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business development at software firms including Itemfield, a data integration solution, Support.com, a customer service technology, and Informix, a database and application development platform.
