Adva Shisgal

Biography

Adva Shisgal is a business development senior manager based in Bessemer’s Israel office.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Adva spent several years as a writer and producer across multiple media outlets. Most recently, she joined monday.com and, for the past five years, has been part of the Startup for Startup team, where she has helped early-stage startups in Israel and hosted one of the country’s leading tech podcasts.

She holds a B.A. in psychology and a B.Sc. in cognitive science and linguistics from Ben-Gurion University.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, scuba diving, and traveling.
