Brielee Lu

Biography

Brielee Lu is an investor in Bessemer’s New York City office, where she focuses on vertical software and artificial intelligence.

Before joining Bessemer, Brielee was a founder of a B2C network company and later worked with Soma Capital and Lerer Hippeau. She was also an active angel investor in AI and robotics.

Brielee graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree and received the Academic Excellence Award in Entrepreneurship. At NYU, she was an investor at Dorm Room Fund and a leader in NYU’s Entrepreneurship Society, alongside traveling internationally to pursue modeling and acting.

Outside the office, she enjoys hosting themed dinner parties, browsing Petfinder.com, exploring art history, and cooking.
