Cynthia Hernandez

Biography

Cynthia Hernandez is a People Operations Manager based in Bessemer's San Francisco office.

Before joining Bessemer, Cynthia worked primarily with early-stage startups, often serving as a founding member of HR teams. Her previous roles include positions at Spin, a micro-mobility company, and Tempo, an at-home fitness technology firm, where she supported significant organizational growth during the height of the pandemic.

Cynthia holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from San Francisco State University and has lived in the Bay Area for more than a decade. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, caring for her cat, tending to her house plants, and hosting dinner parties.
