Douglas Robinson

Doug Robinson is an operating advisor at Bessemer and a seasoned enterprise software executive with over 30 years of experience spanning ERP, HCM, SCM, and CRM. Doug currently serves on the Board of Directors at Varicent and on the Advisory Board of Ema AI.

Most recently, Doug capped a 15-year career at Workday, having joined at $25M in annual revenue and retiring at $8.9B, as Company Co-President, where he was responsible for overseeing Workday's go-to-market efforts across the globe and all industries, and for driving continued revenue growth in new and emerging markets. Prior to the Co-President role, Doug served as executive vice president of global sales and solution consulting, and held a variety of leadership roles at the company focused on both medium and large enterprise customer segments, as well as leading the education & government business and sales & operations strategy. Before Workday, Doug served in various sales roles at both PeopleSoft and Oracle.

Doug holds a bachelor's degree in finance and management information systems from Ohio University.
