Hannah Waldman

Biography

Hannah Waldman is Counsel based in Bessemer’s Larchmont office. She is responsible for providing legal counsel on the firm’s investment activities across its global operations.

Previously, she was an associate in the technology group of Goodwin Procter LLP, where she worked on venture capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Goodwin, she was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.

Hannah earned her bachelor’s degree in art history from Washington University in St. Louis and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
