Joshua Benadiva

Biography

Joshua Benadiva is an investor based in Bessemer's Israel office.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Joshua was a senior AI product manager at Amazon, where he led an AI research and engineering team focused on developing proprietary LLMs to support personalization, search, and conversational AI shopping experiences. He also worked as a vice president of product and a founding team member at Giraffe Invest, a fintech startup, and served as a commander in a special forces unit in the Israel Defense Forces.

Josh earned his M.B.A. from The Wharton School, his M.S. in computer and information technology from Penn Engineering, and his B.A. in economics from the University of Chicago.

In his spare time, Josh enjoys ocean swimming, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and son.
