Michael Costigan

Biography

Michael Costigan Jr. is an accounting analyst on Bessemer's Accounting team in Larchmont, where he works with Steven Crea. He is responsible for the accounting and operations of the firm's co-investment program.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Michael began his career as an intern at Webster Bank, focusing on financial planning and analysis. Most recently, he served as a lead graduate assistant at Sacred Heart University ("SHU"), where he oversaw the information technology department.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting in 2025 and a master's degree in accounting in 2026, both from SHU. In addition to his studies, Michael was a member of SHU's football team from 2021 to 2025.
