Michelle Cheng

Biography

Michelle Cheng is part of Bessemer's Talent team based in the London office, where she helps portfolio companies build and scale their teams across Europe.

Prior to Bessemer, Michelle ran Talent at an operator-led venture fund, where she built programs to support founders and their teams with leadership development, organizational design and talent strategy. Before her career in venture, Michelle worked in strategy consulting in New York City, specialising in workforce transformation and HR.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys behavioral economics, reality TV and being humbled by the MIT mystery hunt archives. Michelle lives in London with her family and dog, Chip.
