Nikki Horn is Vice President of Marketing at Bessemer, where she leads the firm's brand, digital presence, and global events. Her work shapes how Bessemer shows up in the world, on the page and in the room.

Before Bessemer, Nikki built her career in design. She led event marketing at Frog Design, a global strategy and innovation consultancy specializing in creating transformative human experiences. She worked closely with Frog’s venture arm, Frog Ventures, supporting the portfolio companies’ marketing and PR strategies.

Both in and out of work, Nikki is a passionate planner and hostess.
