Nikolas Simonlacaj

Biography

Nikolas Simonlacaj is a compliance associate on Bessemer's Legal team based out of the Larchmont office.

Prior to joining Bessemer, Nikolas was a senior associate in the Financial Services Compliance & Regulation practice at Kroll, where he advised SEC-registered investment advisers on federal securities regulatory requirements and provided tailored guidance to strengthen their compliance programs.

Nikolas earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, and his bachelor's degree from Boston University. Nikolas serves on the New York City Bar Association's Compliance Committee.
