Rashmi Shridhar

Biography

Rashmi Shridhar is a front office associate and executive assistant in Bessemer's Bangalore office.

Before joining Bessemer, Rashmi spent ten years working in the aviation industry as a cabin crew supervisor at Jet Airways. She most recently served as executive assistant at Arkam Ventures and Origin.

Rashmi holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Andhra University.

Away from work, she enjoys gardening, painting, watching cricket, and exploring online research. She is recognized for being proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and collaborative experience.​
