Robin Joy is Senior Vice President of Global Alliances and Partner Development for DocuSign. She is responsible for developing strategic partnerships which drive growth and transform the agreement process. An early DocuSign hire, Robin helped scale the company from 150 to 6,200 employees and from $30 million to $1.5 billion in annual revenue. In 2018 she rang the bell at Nasdaq for DOCU, contributing to a successful IPO with a market cap close to $60B.
In her prior role leading Digital Sales and Marketing, Robin built DocuSign’s high-velocity Digital business, introducing millions to DocuSign via a compelling web experience and award-winning mobile apps. In 2015 she launched the DocuSign Women employee resource group and continues to serve as its executive sponsor.
Robin serves on the board of Acumatica, a private company with a fast-growing cloud ERP platform. Prior to joining DocuSign in 2012, Robin held leadership positions at companies including Intuit, Caring.com, and Clorox. She is known for developing go-to-market strategies that lead to sustainable, long-term growth while successfully driving quarterly results.
Robin graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College and received her MBA from Stanford University. She was awarded a Rotary Scholarship to the University of Melbourne, where she received an MA with honors in Women’s Studies. An avid traveler, Robin has visited 57 countries, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, and biked from Prague to Budapest.
