Susan Youngblood advises the C-suite and boards, translating AI’s rapid advances into practical guidance that helps leaders anticipate what’s next, make informed decisions, and confidently lead their organizations.
A former Chief People Officer, Susan has led workforce and technology transformations at Fortune 50 and FTSE 100 enterprises, including IBM, BNY Mellon, and London Stock Exchange Group. At Blackstone-backed Refinitiv, she led the deployment of AI-enabled automation across its global operations organization, delivering a 50% increase in speed and a 20% gain in capacity.
Today, Susan serves as an Operating Advisor at Bessemer Venture Partners, whose portfolio spans 400-plus companies, advising leaders on the workforce, leadership, and organizational implications of AI. She is also an advisor to The Conference Board’s U.S. Human Capital Center.
A frequent keynote speaker on AI and the future of work, Susan lectures at Cornell and Columbia Universities. She holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell’s ILR School and a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College. While at Cornell, she coached the university’s Division I women’s tennis team.
