Ashkan Naderi

Ashkan Naderi is a sales operating advisor at BVP Forge.

 

Ashkan focuses on accelerating revenue growth, AI enablement, and go-to-market strategy across portfolio companies.

 

Before joining BVP Forge, he built and led sales teams across SMB, Enterprise, and PLG motions. His experience spans early-stage startups, Oracle, and private equity - including K1 Investment Capital, where he served as Director of GTM across portfolio companies and led organizations through M&A at Employ and Gravyty. Most recently, he operated as an independent GTM advisor to PE and venture-backed companies, helping design and execute scalable revenue systems.

 

He earned his B.A. in urban planning from the University of California, Irvine. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, listening to music, and tinkering with the latest AI tools.
