Lisa Ames

Biography

Lisa Ames is a marketing advisor at BVP Forge.

Lisa brings more than two decades of experience leading marketing for B2B companies. Most recently, she served as Operating Executive at Norwest, a $15B+ multi-stage investment firm, where she also held the role of Chief Marketing Officer earlier in her tenure.

Earlier in her career, Lisa held senior marketing leadership roles at Lucidworks, Demandbase, and Castlight Health, where she built and scaled marketing organizations through critical growth phases.

Lisa earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology from Stanford University. She currently serves as co-chair of the board at Women in Revenue, a nonprofit that advances women in revenue-generating roles through mentorship, speaking opportunities, and community. In her spare time, you'll find her running, hiking, or at a sporting event with her two children.
