Biography

Margot Griffith is a Senior Associate focused on Talent at BVP Forge.

Prior to joining BVP Forge, Margot was at Spencer Stuart where she focused on C-suite leadership appointments.

Margot earned her B.A. from Middlebury with a major in philosophy and a minor in French. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors, whether hiking, running, or skiing.
