Patrick Burns

Biography

Patrick is an operating partner at BVP Forge.

Prior to joining Forge, Patrick spent the last 6 years as CEO of Dispatch Technologies, and 15 years as product leader at Click Software (now Salesforce Field Service) and Autotask (now Kaseya/Datto), where the executive leadership teams were consistently recognized for value creation and high performance.

Over the span of his career as a private equity growth executive, Patrick has contributed to multiple exits by cultivating an operating philosophy defined by critical thinking and fact-based decision making.

Patrick studied political science at Stanford University, where he was captain of the alpine ski team. He spends his free time cooking, wrangling his daughters and dogs, and enjoying life in Saratoga Springs, NY.
