Lawson Pisani

Biography

Lawson is an associate at BVP Forge, which is the unique combination of a private equity firm for growth-oriented, self-sustaining businesses paired with access to BVP’s renowned venture platform.

Prior to joining BVP Forge, Lawson was an associate in the technology investment banking group at Jefferies, where he worked on M&A transactions and capital raises for a broad range of technology businesses. Before Jefferies, Lawson was an investment banking analyst at Needham & Company.

Lawson earned his B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia, where he was also a member of the Division I lacrosse team. In his free time, he enjoys freestyle skiing, football, hiking, writing, and coaching lacrosse.
