Allie Stephens

Biography

Allie Stephens is a people program manager at Bessemer's San Francisco office, specializing in engagement, learning and development, DEI, and intern programs. She started her career as a youth educator in school systems, served as the senior manager of education and public programs at the Children's Creativity Museum, and held the role of program manager of engagement and learning & development at Tempo.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art and a Master's in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University. Beyond her professional pursuits, Allie enjoys making music, photography, and tending to her garden.
