Jo Anne Ambrosino is vice president of people operations at Bessemer in the New York office. She's been with the firm for nearly 20 years.

Jo Anne is primarily responsible for leading all initiatives across human resources, benefits, expenses, and people operations.

She earned her degree from Long Island University.
