Biography
Ryan Logie is an associate on Bessemer’s Talent team. She joined the firm in 2022 to support its portfolio companies on executive talent strategy and hiring needs, with a focus on customer-facing functions.
Prior to Bessemer, Ryan spent several years at Heidrick & Struggles as part of the team leading the firm’s global software practice. In this role, she specialized in placing go-to-market leaders for startups through billion-dollar public companies within the enterprise software space. Ryan began her career working on the recruiting teams at Williams-Sonoma and at Coleman Research, a boutique expert network company.
Ryan is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where she majored in Art History and minored in both English and Classical Studies. Outside of work she is an avid runner, fantasy reader, and funfetti cake connoisseur.
