The trailblazer in enterprise AI: Wonderful's $550M Series C

Since our initial seed check in 2025, Bessemer Venture Partners has backed Wonderful as the agentic operating layer for enterprises worldwide.

Less than 20 months ago, Bar Winkler (Chief Executive Officer) and Roey Lalazar (Chief Technology Officer) founded Wonderful to build an AI OS for enterprises. We made a seed investment shortly after meeting them, and we've watched the company live up to its name ever since.

Wonderful is one of the most ambitious teams we've ever worked with and one of the fastest growing companies in our portfolio. We're quadrupling down on our investment in the $550M Series C and watching as they take their rightful place as a global leader in the agentic age.

Since our first investment, they’ve scaled operations across 35 markets in Europe, LATAM, APAC, and the Middle East and now serve over 100 enterprise customers across verticals.

The agentic OS for global enterprises

Wonderful is an Applied AI company and the trusted partner for global enterprises moving into the agentic era. In practice, it's a shared operating layer that coordinates agents, workflows, AI-native applications, enterprise context, and integrations, then governs how all of it executes across the organization, quickly and fitted to the systems each customer already runs. Rather than betting on a single foundation model or a single vertical use case, Wonderful's platform is model-agnostic and application-universal.

We’re witnessing how agentic transformation is a top-down business decision. It cuts across functions and reshapes how a company is organized, which no developer can drive from the bottom up. That makes choosing an applied AI partner a strategic call rather than a purchase, and it's why the self-serve model of the cloud era falls short. Wonderful deploys as fast as it develops, so the customer ROI shows up immediately and is hard to miss.

Wonderful starts with leadership, deploys alongside the customer, and then hands the building over to the customer's own teams. Legacy infrastructure is never an obstacle, and neither are commitments customers have already made: in-house agents, third-party agents, existing cloud and model contracts.

“We’re entering a new era of enterprise transformation. Just as cloud platforms become the foundation of the modern enterprise, AI operating systems will become the foundation of every enterprise. Without a shared OS, AI risks recreating the sprawl of traditional SaaS. Organizations need a shared AI foundation that compounds the value as more of the enterprise relies on it, and that’s exactly what we're building.”

Backing the applied AI opportunity: deployment as the moat

Enterprises are struggling to figure out what AI can actually do for the business and how they should move those capabilities into production. The path enterprises take often depends on their engineering depth, technology strategy, and the complexity of the use case.

We think Wonderful is the horizontal enterprise wedge into that gap, and the best way for enterprises to take advantage of model variety and commoditization. As inference costs compress and open-source alternatives erode frontier pricing power, value will accrue to those customers that can harness it quickly.

Unlike the early years of the cloud, AI adoption has been global from day one. Wonderful saw that early and went after the geographies Silicon Valley startups tend to overlook. The market has never seen a high-velocity enterprise sales motion run country by country like this.

Every market gets a full-stack local team with the strategy and technical expertise to move enterprises from POC to deployment at a speed enterprises are unfamiliar with. The company already deploys AI with some of the largest enterprises across EMEA, Latin America, and beyond, and landing customers of that size in its first year is one of the strongest signals yet that enterprises are ready for agentic workforces.

Bar and Roey drove our enthusiasm when we were first introduced at seed, and they are the kind of entrepreneurs we always want to work with: audacious, creative, iterative, visionary, and fast. Innovation has always been a borderless endeavor, and we believe Wonderful will usher in the agentic age for enterprises all over the world.
