Kayla Acklin

Biography

Kayla Acklin is associate counsel in the Boston office. She’s responsible for providing legal counsel on the firm’s investment activities across its global operations. She also provides legal guidance regarding the firm’s internal operations and compliance matters.

Previously, she was an associate in the Corporate Group of Cooley LLP where she worked on venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and served as outside legal counsel to emerging growth companies.

Kayla earned a J.D. with honors from Boston College Law School and a B.S. with honors in forensic psychology from John Carroll University.
