Nellie Brewer

Biography

Nellie Brewer is a legal project manager who works remotely with the Larchmont office team from her home in Atlanta.

Nellie was a senior paralegal at Bessemer from 2011 to 2017 and returned in 2021 after spending four and half years as a transaction and client development specialist in the corporate technology group at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP in Atlanta. There, she supported partners and associates with deal closings, entity formation, and registrations. Nellie has also worked as legal assistant at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York City, serving on the Credit Suisse and JPMorgan Structured Products teams.

Nellie graduated with a BA in philosophy and German from the University of Virginia in 2008 and has since held various leadership roles within their alumni clubs. In her spare time, Nellie enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with her husband, toddler son, and dog.
